-90% overnight travel may be required.

-A minimum of 3 years multi-site home health care and
hospice operations experience with revenue responsibility of at least 20
million.

-Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.

-Demonstrated ability in program administration including
knowledge of health care standards and policies and reimbursement practices.

-A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
