Minimum Education Requirements:

Associates Degree required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum Licensure/Certification Requirements:

RHIT or RHIA required

CCS Preferred

Minimum Experience Requirements:

3 years supervisory experience in Health Information
Services Management

Minimum Skill Requirements:

Excellent PC both hardware and software, strong verbal and
written communication, problem solving, critical thinking, knowledge of 3M
Coding applications and other software app.

Duties:

1. Manage coding staff

2. Coordinates, Communicates, and Develops/Maintains
Relationships with other Departments, Physicians and Vendors.

3. Management of Cost Center/Department Budget

4. Ensure Data Quality, Integrity and Privacy of Medical
Records
